This burner features high intelligent automation control, good stability, and a wide turndown ratio, enabling operation at any temperature. It also offers automatic ignition and automatic temperature control adjustment, making it a fully external combustion tunnel kiln natural gas burner with an automatic ignition system.
This burner can flexibly adapt to a variety of fuels: in oil firing mode, it supports heavy oil, tire pyrolysis oil, diesel, and other liquid fuels; in gas firing mode, it supports natural gas, LPG, and other gaseous fuels, truly achieving dual-fuel capability. The equipment is equipped with independent oil and gas inlets. Switching between fuels requires only operating a selector switch, with no need to replace the burner nozzle or core components. The operation is simple and the switchover is fast, greatly enhancing the operational flexibility of the kiln.
