Xi’an Brictec kiln solid fuel burner is designed to meet the needs of automated production and roasting processes in various industries, using multiple solid fuels (petroleum coke, pulverized coal, coconut shell, rice husk, biomass). It is suitable for tunnel kiln firing, new energy lithium battery positive/negative electrode material calcination, yellow phosphorus, and other industries.
This system integrates raw material metering, crushing, drying, automatic feeding, and combustion monitoring into an unmanned roasting system, applicable to all continuous-firing tunnel kilns with top ignition and roasting.
