The Xi’an Brictec high-speed burner comes with an independent control cabinet. Each burner nozzle is equipped with independent automatic ignition and flame detection devices, as well as safety devices such as exhaust fan signal detection. This burner can effectively eliminate incompletely combusted gases inside the tunnel kiln, improve combustion efficiency, and reduce harmful gas emissions.

The ASG burner is a burner that automatically adjusts the flow rates of natural gas and combustion air according to the temperature inside the kiln. Under normal firing conditions, the ASG burner ignites automatically using the high temperature inside the kiln after injecting natural gas, and then continues combustion. The ASG burner is not equipped with a burner controller.
