
Xi’an Brictec kiln solid fuel burner is designed to meet the needs of automated production and roasting processes in various industries, using multiple solid fuels (petroleum coke, pulverized coal, coconut shell, rice husk, biomass). It is suitable for tunnel kiln firing, new energy lithium battery positive/negative electrode material calcination, yellow phosphorus, and other industries. This system integrates raw material metering, crushing, drying, automatic feeding, and combustion monitoring into an unmanned roasting system, applicable to all continuous-firing tunnel kilns with top ignition and roasting.
The system consists of hardware and software components:
Hardware components:Fuel storage silo, weighing belt scale, fuel crusher, screw conveyor, dryer, dust collector, chain conveyor, solid fuel burner, and other equipment.
Software components:Data acquisition unit, data analysis and processing unit, control unit, and feedback adjustment unit.

1. The entire system is automatically controlled by a controller. It can automatically complete fuel feeding based on the temperature inside the tunnel kiln, enabling unattended automatic operation and eliminating human interference with combustion quality during production.
2. Fuel is fed on demand, ensuring combustion efficiency and reducing waste and pollution (under the same output, fuel consumption can be saved by approximately 20%–30%).
3. Through refined control of each feeding point, the temperature inside the tunnel kiln is balanced throughout, ensuring uniform roasting of brick blanks/carbon materials/synthetic graphite/lithium battery positive and negative electrode materials. This shortens the firing cycle and improves production efficiency.

The Xi’an Brictec solid fuel burner is an energy-saving, high-efficiency, and simply structured tunnel kiln combustion device, suitable for various kiln types including annular kilns, tunnel kilns, and continuous roasting kilns.。
The equipment uses a crushing hammer mounted on the main shaft to further pulverize the fed solid fuel to below 200 mesh, and delivers it to each feeding and roasting point according to control requirements. Working in conjunction with the temperature control system, it enables fully automated production.
