Xi’an Brictec heavy oil burner is specifically designed for industrial kilns such as tunnel kilns and Hoffmann kilns. It is a high-efficiency, energy-saving combustion device integrating fuel oil and gas firing.

This burner can flexibly adapt to a variety of fuels: in oil firing mode, it supports heavy oil, tire pyrolysis oil, diesel, and other liquid fuels; in gas firing mode, it supports natural gas, LPG, and other gaseous fuels, truly achieving dual-fuel capability. The equipment is equipped with independent oil and gas inlets. Switching between fuels requires only operating a selector switch, with no need to replace the burner nozzle or core components. The operation is simple and the switchover is fast, greatly enhancing the operational flexibility of the kiln.

This equipment features a compact structure, integrating the oil tank, manifold, and centrifugal fan into a single unit with a small footprint. It is equipped with a fuel supply tank that includes level control and oil temperature adjustment, ensuring stable and reliable operation. A dual self-cleaning filtration system guarantees clean and smooth fuel flow. A heavy oil return line pressure safety monitoring and control system is provided for enhanced safety.

The unit is equipped with a high-pressure centrifugal fan with adjustable flow and pressure, which, together with a dedicated electrical control cabinet and thermocouple, enables precise temperature setting and regulation. The fuel supply system can be proportionally adjusted according to the set temperature, matching power consumption with actual fuel usage for high efficiency and energy savings. Additionally, it includes a support base with adjustable lance inclination and a manually adjustable flow injection nozzle, offering flexible adjustment and strong adaptability, with overall efficient and stable operation.

This product is equipped with a dedicated injection lance that integrates an air duct, heavy oil pipeline, and balancing atomization system, achieving precise combustion control through fuel atomization and mixed injection. Air and heavy oil are evenly mixed, resulting in complete and efficient combustion, ensuring uniform and stable temperatures across all zones of the kiln, and improving product firing quality and color consistency. The equipment supports either independent electronic control for a single unit or centralized management via a central control cabinet, providing convenient operation. Overall maintenance requirements are low, and operating costs are economical. High-speed air injection at the lance tip achieves efficient atomization of heavy oil, ensuring stable combustion and reliable operating conditions, delivering excellent performance for kiln operation.

Oil Tank and Pump Set

When installing the combustion system, Xi’an Brictec provides a service oil tank, typically installed adjacent to the kiln. The function of the service oil tank is to receive fuel from the main tank, heat it, and supply it to the circulation pump, while allowing excess fuel to return to the service tank, maintaining continuous fuel flow and preventing flow issues caused by low temperatures. All service oil tanks are equipped with heating elements, safety floats, and all necessary accessories to ensure complete safety and efficiency. The fuel supply pumps are arranged as one operating and one standby, reducing the risk of fuel supply failure due to pump malfunction.
