Xi'an Brictec | New Intelligent Constant-Temperature Heavy Oil Supply Tank | Empowering Stable Kiln Combustion
Recently, our company made new progress in the R&D of heavy oil burners and launched a new 65 L constant-temperature oil supply tank (thermostatic heavy oil tank) for heavy oil burners. This equipment is specifically developed to address common industry issues such as high viscosity and poor fluidity of heavy oil at room temperature, which easily cause clogging of oil pumps, filters, and nozzles. It integrates thermostatic heating, filtration and purification, and pressure stabilization and buffering, precisely controlling heavy oil operating parameters within the optimal atomization range of the burner. This ensures stable oil suction by the oil pump, reliable burner ignition, and continuous, stable kiln combustion.
The Brictec thermostatic oil tank is equipped with an integrated PLC touchscreen control system. The heating temperature can be freely set, with a normal operating temperature of 80°C (depending on different grades of heavy oil). It is equipped with an oil return circulation line and supports independent shutdown of a single unit. The core components of the oil tank valve assembly are imported, ensuring stable and reliable operation. The equipment features multiple safety protection mechanisms: high-level interlock for overflow prevention, low-level protection to eliminate the risks of dry heating and oil pump idling, and overheat protection, forming a comprehensive safety protection system.
The system achieves full-process automated linked control: automatic oil inlet control, with level signals providing overflow protection; closed-loop thermostatic heating adjustment to stabilize fuel viscosity; oil pump start/stop interlocked and protected by both liquid level and oil temperature; automatic high/low flame switching and shutdown logic based on kiln temperature; and automatic purging after oil pump shutdown, with delayed shutdown to effectively protect the nozzle and reduce carbon buildup and clogging. It is suitable for heavy oil combustion conditions in various kilns and helps the kiln combustion system operate stably and safely.
