In July 2026, Brictec Machinery once again received recognition from an overseas customer in South America. The solid fuel burner purchased by a Peruvian brick plant has been successfully put into operation on their Hoffman kiln production line, and the customer sent us on‑site video footage of actual operation, verifying the excellent quality of Brictec equipment with real‑world performance.
According to on‑site feedback, the customer chose wood sawdust as the primary fuel for the burner, taking advantage of local raw material resources to meet energy‑saving, environmentally friendly, and low‑cost production needs. During extended continuous operation, the Brictec solid fuel burner demonstrated exceptional fuel adaptability and operational stability. The sawdust fuel burns thoroughly, with uniform and sustained flame intensity, and the kiln temperature remains controllable, perfectly matching the firing process requirements of the Hoffman kiln for brick and tile production. The equipment ran smoothly throughout with a low failure rate, effectively avoiding common production issues such as incomplete fuel combustion, heat energy waste, and large temperature fluctuations in the kiln.
The outstanding on‑site performance, high combustion efficiency, and reliable, trouble‑free operation earned high praise from the Peruvian customer.
The customer stated that the Brictec solid fuel burner not only adapts well to local biomass fuel conditions but also significantly improves the kiln’s heat utilization efficiency, effectively reducing production costs and enhancing the firing quality of finished products, providing a strong guarantee for the efficient and stable operation of the production line.
