Brictec machinery – Circulating Filtration Oil Storage Tank for Tunnel Kiln Heavy Oil Burners

Recently, Brictec machinery completed a technical upgrade to the secondary oil storage tank filtration system for its heavy oil burners, effectively improving the heavy oil filtration performance.

The oil storage tank is fixedly installed beside each set of burners. Its main components include a circulating filtration system, a motor pump unit, a temperature controller, and safety control valves. The complete filtration tank system reliably ensures the cleanliness of the heavy oil, meeting the combustion requirements of the burners. The clean heavy oil is thoroughly mixed and atomized with combustion air inside the spray gun, achieving efficient combustion.
