Xi’an Brictec Machinery Equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd. (referred to as Brictec machinery) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Xi’an Brictec Engineering Co., Ltd. (referred to as“Brictec”). Leveraging the parent company’s excellent technical expertise and global resources, the subsidiary specializes in R&D and manufacturing of tunnel kiln burners and thermal equipment. It serves as the core supporting force of the commercialization of Brictec technologies and the delivery of technical solutions worldwide, executing the company's strategy to transform R&D achievements into precision-manufactured products.
Founded in 2011, Brictec integrates advanced European technologies with mature Chinese manufacturing experience. It has a professional team consisting of senior Italian engineers and domestic technical experts, deeply engaged in the global fired brick industry. Brictec provides systematic turnkey solutions for the fire brick industry to more than 30 countries and regions, covering process design, engineering general contracting, equipment integration, installation & commissioning, and full-cycle operation services. With extensive R&D and practical experience in core areas such as tunnel kiln thermal systems and combustion technology, Brictec has laid a solid technical and resource foundation for the development of its subsidiary.

Manufacturing Scope
Brictec machinery focuses on the tunnel kiln burners and thermal equipment production as its core business, serving two key application scenarios with specialized and customized production services:
First, it provides burners for traditional tunnel kilns, compatible with natural gas, heavy oil, and pulverized coal. These burners perfectly match the firing requirements of Brictec’s projects and various fire brick production lines worldwide, ensuring uniform kiln temperature and efficient combustion, and helping customers achieve energy savings, consumption reduction, and quality improvement.
Second, it has expanded into the new energy sector by providing dedicated burners for lithium battery graphite carbonization tunnel kilns. Leveraging Brictec’s themal control advantages, these burners meet the demanding requirements of high-temperature carbonization calcination, advancing the high-quality development of the new energy lithium battery industry.
