Malaysia CBT Heavy Oil Burner Project Case

I. Project Overview

This project is located in Johor Bahru, the second largest city in Malaysia. The whole plant adopts an automatic two‑stage firing, single‑layer drying process. The sintered brick production line has a daily output of 70,000 facing bricks (215 × 100 × 67 mm), and also produces paving bricks and pressed bricks.

The main forming process uses wet plastic extrusion forming. Drying is carried out in a bar‑supported circulating single‑layer tunnel dryer. Firing uses a tunnel kiln equipped with Brictec all‑external‑fired heavy oil burners. The handling equipment is automatically controlled, and the dryer and tunnel kiln are centrally controlled.
