Kazakhstan WG Tunnel Kiln Natural Gas Burner Project Case
I. Project Introduction
The Kazakhstan WG project is located within Kazakhstan and represents a key modern building materials production project in the northern region of the country. It is also a demonstration project for Xi’an Brictec Machinery in response to the national “Belt and Road” initiative and its deep cultivation of the Central Asian international market.
The project is built to high-end, automated, and green construction standards, integrating intelligent production equipment, Brictec’s patented fully automatic natural gas combustion system, and a fully automatic unpacking and packing system. The entire process features a high degree of automation and precise production control. Upon full completion and operation, the project will become a modern sintered brick production base in northern Kazakhstan with large production capacity, a high level of automation, and excellent product quality. It will effectively drive the upgrading of the local building materials industry and support the region’s green, low-carbon, and high-quality development.

II. Kiln and Equipment Configuration
The core production facility of this project is a modern energy-saving tunnel kiln, using clean natural gas as fuel and equipped with a Xi’an Brictec Machinery custom‑designed natural gas burner system. The overall system offers stable operation, precise temperature control, energy savings, and environmental protection.
(1) Tunnel kiln parameters:
Kiln dimensions: 128m × 3.6m × 1.64m. The designed total kiln length is 142.5 meters with an inner width of 3.6 meters. The structure is reasonably designed with sufficient firing space, suitable for continuous large‑scale production.
(2) Combustion system configuration:
Fully equipped with Brictec natural gas burners – a total of 12 sets of natural gas burners, including 4 sets of fully automatic ignition natural gas burners.
(3) Combustion method:
An all‑external‑fired firing mode using clean natural gas. Relying on Brictec’s patented combustion technology, the kiln temperature distribution is uniform, thermal efficiency is high, and pollutant emissions are significantly reduced, meeting the environmental protection requirements of Kazakhstan.

III. Main Product Specifications
The project focuses on standardized sintered brick products. The core brick size produced is:
250×120×65 mm sintered bricks – regular in appearance, stable in strength, widely applicable to various building wall projects, and highly adaptable to market needs.

IV. Project Value
This WG project cooperation fully demonstrates Xi’an Brictec Machinery’s technical strength and engineering implementation capability in overseas kiln thermal equipment.
