HFO Burner (ASNG Burner)
The ASNG HFO burner is a high-efficiency, energy-saving combustion device specifically designed for tunnel kilns, featuring dual fuel capability for both oil and gas. The burner offers flexible fuel adaptability: in oil firing mode, it supports heavy oil, tire pyrolysis oil, diesel, and other liquid fuels; in gas firing mode, it supports natural gas, LPG, and other gaseous fuels. The equipment is equipped with independent inlets for both fuel oil and gas. Switching between fuel types requires only the operation of a selector switch, with no need to replace the burner nozzle or any core components. This straightforward operation significantly enhances kiln operating flexibility, achieving true dual-fuel functionality.

Oil Tank and Pump Set
The daily oil tank is typically installed adjacent to the kiln. Its function is to receive fuel from the main storage tank, heat it, and supply it to the circulation pump, while allowing excess fuel to return to the service tank. This maintains continuous fuel flow and prevents flow issues caused by low temperatures.

The daily oil tank is equipped with heating elements, level detection devices, automatic valves, and other accessories to ensure safe and efficient operation. The fuel transfer pumps are configured as one operating and one standby, mitigating the risk of fuel supply interruption due to pump failure.
