Anhui Huike New Energy Co., Ltd. Lithium Battery Anode Material Tunnel Kiln Burner Project Case
I. Project Overview
Anhui Huike New Energy Co., Ltd. invested RMB 320 million to construct the “Annual Output of 20,000 Tons of Lithium-Ion Battery Anode Material Project” in the Huaibei High-tech Industrial Development Zone. The project is located west of Tangshan Road and north of Xiehe Road in the Huaibei High-tech Industrial Development Zone, focusing on the production and sales of lithium-ion battery anode materials. Upon completion and operation, it will achieve an annual production capacity of 20,000 tons of lithium-ion battery anode materials, supporting the high-quality development of the new energy lithium battery industry.

Using petroleum coke and petroleum-based pitch as main raw materials, the project employs a series of standardized processes including grinding, magnetic separation, coating, outsourced graphitization, high-temperature carbonization reaction, screening, and mixing to professionally produce artificial graphite anode materials. The company’s business scope covers the production and sales of lithium-ion battery anode materials and related supporting products, striving to build a large-scale, standardized production base for lithium battery anode materials.

II. Tunnel Kiln and Burner Configuration
As the core step in artificial graphite anode material production, high-temperature carbonization imposes strict requirements on thermal equipment. The project has established a comprehensive production and supporting system based on production needs, with the following specific configuration:
Production line configuration: The project includes three main production workshops, three high-temperature carbonization production lines (tunnel kilns), two modification production lines (coating kettles), along with seven grinding, screening, packaging, and other production lines. The overall daily production capacity can reach 66.67 tons of artificial graphite anode materials, meeting large-scale production demands.
Kiln and burner configuration: In 2024, the No. 2 production line in the carbonization workshop was completed and put into operation. This production line is dedicated to lithium-ion battery anode material production with an annual capacity of 13,000 tons, supported by tunnel kilns and related environmental protection equipment. It also introduced 12 sets of Xi’an Brictec Machinery special burners for lithium material calcination, providing core thermal support for the high-temperature carbonization process and meeting the stringent process requirements of high-temperature calcination for lithium battery anode materials.

III. Special Burners for Lithium Material Calcination
The project focuses on the large-scale production of artificial graphite anode materials. Relying on a complete production line configuration and professional thermal equipment, it achieves standardized operation from raw material processing to finished product packaging. Production efficiency and product quality meet industry standards, enabling a stable supply of high-quality lithium-ion battery anode materials to meet the development needs of the new energy lithium battery industry.
