Shaoxing CN.LZ Environmental Protection Co., Ltd. Tunnel Kiln Project Case
I. Project Introduction
Shaoxing CN.LZ Environmental Protection Co., Ltd. is located in Shangyu District, Shaoxing City, Zhejiang Province. As a benchmark project for green and low-carbon transformation, the entire plant process design, construction, tunnel kiln burner supply, and related technical support were fully undertaken by Xi’an Brictec (Brictec). Relying on Brictec’s mature technical strength and extensive engineering experience, the project has created a model project combining solid waste resource utilization with green production.

The project’s core R&D achievement, the “Green and Low-Carbon Advanced Process and Technology for Resource-Based Regenerated Precast Wall Panels from Solid Waste,” stands out for its outstanding environmental value and technological innovation. It was successfully selected for the Ministry of Ecology and Environment’s 2024 “Zero-Waste City” Construction Advanced and Applicable Technology Directory. Its related practical achievements have not only received special recognition in the Ministry’s work briefs but have also been included in the 2025 list of typical cases of ecological and environmental science and technology achievements transformation. This has established a replicable and scalable benchmark for the green and low-carbon transformation of the national sintered brick and tile industry, fully demonstrating the strong momentum of new quality productivity empowering the ecological and environmental protection industry.
In the production process, the workshop of Shaoxing CN.LZ Environmental Protection achieves fully mechanized and intelligent operation. From waste soil collection, raw material pretreatment, green brick forming, drying, and sintering to finished product assembly, all links are intelligently and collaboratively connected. The production goals of data visualization, intelligent production, and near-zero emissions are fully achieved, improving production efficiency while meeting environmental standards.

III. Core Technology and Equipment Highlights
The core firing equipment of this project adopts the tunnel kiln natural gas burner manufactured by Xi’an Brictec Machinery Equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd. – the Brictec ISG high-speed burner. This equipment is a medium/high speed automatic ignition burner equipped with automatic ignition and flame detection functions. It features a high degree of intelligence, stable and reliable operation, a large turndown ratio, and a wide applicable temperature range. It can operate stably under any temperature conditions while integrating automatic ignition and automatic temperature control adjustment. It is an automatic natural gas ignition combustion system specifically designed for all-external-fired tunnel kilns.
The Brictec ISG high-speed burner has a wide range of applications, suitable for brick plant tunnel kilns, new energy lithium battery anode/cathode material firing, carbon firing, artificial graphite carbonization, and other industries. Its core advantage lies in its ability to automatically and precisely adjust the natural gas supply and combustion air volume according to the real-time temperature inside the tunnel kiln, achieving efficient matching, energy saving, and consumption reduction. At the same time, each lance is equipped with an independent flame detection and ignition device. If the lance flame is accidentally extinguished, the ignition device can automatically restart, ensuring continuous and stable kiln operation and preventing production interruptions.
Based on the design requirements of the project’s all-external-fired tunnel kiln, the Shaoxing CN.LZ Environmental Protection Project is equipped with a total of 5 sets of Brictec high-speed intelligent automatic ignition burners. Each set of burners is equipped with 8 ignition systems, totaling 16 burners, concentrated in the kiln’s ignition zone. The remaining 11 sets of burners (88 burners in total) are arranged in the kiln’s high-temperature zone, forming a scientific and reasonable combustion layout that ensures uniform kiln temperature and complete combustion.
During project operation, the Brictec tunnel kiln natural gas burners fully met the customer’s production requirements, achieving the core goals of energy saving, environmental protection, and efficient combustion. The kiln temperature was uniform and stable, and the fired clay sintered bricks exhibited consistent color and excellent quality. With outstanding performance, the burners received high praise and full recognition from the customer, becoming a typical benchmark for Brictec burners in the green environmental protection field.
