I. Project Overview

A new building materials project in Guangzhou Lechang focuses on the large-scale, high-quality production of various sintered bricks. The project introduced Xi'an Brictec all-external-fired tunnel kiln natural gas burners. Leveraging Brictec’s mature combustion technology, an efficient and stable firing system was established, helping the project achieve standardized production and ensuring product quality meets required standards.

II. Tunnel Kiln and Burner Configuration

The project is equipped with a 4.8m all-external-fired tunnel kiln using a natural gas combustion mode, paired with Xi'an Brictec series burners. The specific configuration is as follows:

  • Burner configuration: 4 sets of fully automatic intelligent ignition burners + 8 sets of standard burners, forming a scientific and reasonable firing layout.

  • Kiln specifications: 4.8m tunnel kiln with all-external-fired design, suitable for the firing needs of various brick types, ensuring uniform combustion and controllable energy consumption.

III. Project Outcomes

The project mainly produces a variety of sintered brick products suitable for building walls, insulation, and other applications. Specific brick types include: 90 perforated bricks, 240 perforated bricks, shale standard bricks, new hollow bricks, 10 hollow bricks, shale sintered bricks, and insulating shale bricks.
