Shaanxi Rixin New Building Materials Co., Ltd. Natural Gas Burner Project Case

I. Project Overview
Shaanxi Rixin New Building Materials Co., Ltd. was founded in 2017 and is located in Beiyu Village, Wangqiao Town, Jingyang County, Xianyang City, Shaanxi Province. The company enjoys a favorable geographical location with convenient transportation. It focuses on the R&D and production of sintered perforated bricks, hollow blocks, and other building material products. Adhering to the development philosophy of green environmental protection and quality first, the company is committed to producing high-quality building materials that meet industry standards and market demands, supporting the green and low-carbon transformation of the regional construction industry. The project has a designed annual production capacity of 160,000 m³, with a complete production system and ample capacity reserves.

The project covers a total area of approximately 50 mu (about 3.33 hectares), with planned construction of comprehensive production and auxiliary facilities, including one hollow brick production line (annual output of 100 million bricks), one red flat tile production line (annual output of 1 million tiles), along with supporting facilities such as a 7.5m-span tunnel kiln, production workshop, aging warehouse, finished product warehouse, finished product yard, and paved roads and grounds. These form a closed-loop operation system covering raw material processing, production, finished product storage, and transportation, laying a solid foundation for large-scale and standardized production.

II. Tunnel Kiln and Production Overview

(I) Tunnel Kiln Parameters
The company is equipped with one 7.5m-span all-external-fired tunnel kiln. The kiln body is scientifically and reasonably designed with stable performance. The tunnel kiln has a cross-section of 4.2 meters, suitable for large-scale production needs. It is also equipped with 16 standard burners and 6 fully automatic intelligent ignition burners, forming an efficient and precise firing system that provides core hardware support for stable product quality.

(II) Brick Types Produced
The company focuses on perforated brick series products, offering a variety of adaptable building materials to meet diverse application scenarios such as building wall masonry. Specific brick types produced include:

• Shale thin-wall perforated bricks

III. Project and Application Results
During the project construction phase, Shaanxi Rixin New Building Materials Co., Ltd. entered into an in-depth cooperation with Xi'an Brictec Engineering Co., Ltd. (parent company of Xi’an Brictec Machinery Equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd., abbreviated as Brictec), introducing Brictec series natural gas burners. This successfully established an all-external-fired tunnel kiln firing system, providing reliable firing support for the high-quality production of the company’s perforated bricks, shale thin-wall perforated bricks, and other products.

According to the project's production scale and product requirements, Shaanxi Rixin has equipped a total of 22 sets of Xi’an Brictec series natural gas burners, including 6 sets of fully automatic intelligent ignition burner assemblies and 16 sets of standard natural gas burners. With stable operating performance and precise temperature control adjustment capabilities, the Brictec natural gas burners provide uniform and efficient firing services for various brick types, effectively ensuring core indicators such as color uniformity and strength. This helps Shaanxi Rixin produce high-quality building materials that meet industry standards.
