I. Project Overview
Zouping Yonghe New Building Materials Co., Ltd. is located in Zouping City, Binzhou City, Shandong Province. The company enjoys a strategic geographical position, bordering National Highway 309 to the west, the Jiaozhou–Jinan Railway to the south, and the Jinan–Qingdao Expressway to the north. It is only 60 km from Jinan International Airport, providing convenient transportation that ensures efficient raw material delivery and finished product dispatch.

Founded in September 2009, the company covers an area of 85,000 square meters. Since its establishment, it has adhered to green development principles, focusing on the R&D and production of coal gangue hollow bricks, perforated bricks, building energy-saving materials, cement products, etc., striving to create first-class building materials and support the green transformation of the construction industry.

Rely on its superior product quality and standardized production management, the company's products were honored as one of the "Top 50 New Wall Materials and Building Energy-Saving Technology Products in Shandong Province" by the Shandong Provincial Association of Building Science and Technology in 2011. From the initial planning stage, the company has attached great importance to environmental protection and strictly complied with the requirements of local environmental authorities. During project construction, it obtained a full set of environmental approvals, including the "Project Environmental Impact Assessment Report Approval," "Project Trial Production Application Approval," and "Project Completion Environmental Protection Acceptance Approval," achieving green and compliant production.

II. Tunnel Kiln and Production Overview

(I) Tunnel Kiln Parameters
The company is equipped with two large advanced tunnel kilns with the following core parameters: cross-section 3.76 m, length 135 m, height 4.56 m. The kilns are scientifically designed with ample production capacity, providing a solid hardware foundation for the stable production of high-end sintered products.

(II) Brick Types Produced
The company produces a variety of sintered brick products suitable for building walls, insulation, and other applications. Specific brick specifications include:

(1) Modular bricks: 190×90×90 mm
(2) Coal gangue hollow bricks: 290×240×190 mm
(3) Shale block bricks
(4) Perforated bricks: 240×240×115 mm, 240×200×115 mm, 190×90×90 mm, etc.

III. Project and Application Results
In 2017, Zouping Yonghe New Building Materials Co., Ltd. entered into an in-depth cooperation with Xi'an Brictec Engineering Co., Ltd. (parent company of Xi’an Brictec Machinery Equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd.), signing a collaboration contract to introduce Brictec tunnel kiln natural gas burners. This successfully upgraded the kiln combustion system to an all-external-fired natural gas mode, providing reliable firing support for high-end sintered product production.

According to project production requirements, Yonghe Building Materials equipped a total of nine sets of Xi'an Brictec natural gas burners, including three sets of fully automatic intelligent ignition burner assemblies and six sets of standard natural gas burners. With stable performance and precise temperature control capabilities, the Brictec natural gas burners provide high-quality firing services for Yonghe’s high-end products such as shale perforated bricks and thin-wall block bricks, effectively ensuring uniform color and product quality of fired clay bricks. This helped Yonghe Building Materials further enhance product competitiveness and consolidate its regional market advantages.

This cooperation not only achieved a green upgrade of Yonghe’s kiln combustion system but also demonstrated the professional adaptability of Brictec burners in the sintered brick sector. With technology as the bond, both parties achieved mutual benefits and win-win results, injecting new momentum into the green and efficient development of the regional building materials industry.
